Relating our value online to prospective clients is a solid source of finding leads that will quickly go from cold to warm. As real estate agents, we must make use of social media outlets. Using these tools effectively will ensure that our social media work is productive and our client database grows quickly.

Additionally, when we are present on social media, one thing we must accurately convey is our "brand." We need to know what makes us set apart from our competitors. When we know who we are, and effectively communicate this to our leads, we will then be the agents that they remember.
